Terms of Use

These terms apply to the game Alignment Drift, played as a Telegram Mini App or in a browser at alignment-drift.racoondev.com. The game is made by Racoon Technologies SL (see the legal notice). By playing it you accept these terms. They are in addition to Telegram's own Terms of Service, which also apply when you play inside Telegram.
The game
Alignment Drift is a free-to-play idle game. You can play all of it without paying. Some optional extras may be offered for Telegram Stars, and some rewards can be earned by watching an optional ad. We may change, balance, add or remove content, and we may stop offering the game, with reasonable notice when it affects something you bought.
The game is fiction. Its AI, its companies and its events are invented, and nothing in it is advice of any kind.
Your progress
The game has no accounts. Your progress is saved on your device and, inside Telegram, copied to Telegram's cloud storage in your account (see the privacy policy). If you delete the app's data, clear your browser storage or delete your game in Settings, your progress may be lost, and we cannot restore it because we never receive it.
Purchases with Telegram Stars
- What you buy is a digital item or benefit for use inside the game only. It has no value outside the game, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred to another player.
- Prices are shown in Stars before you confirm. The payment is processed by Telegram under its own terms.
- Items are delivered right after the payment. Because of that, when you confirm a purchase you ask for immediate delivery and accept that you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that EU law gives for distance purchases, once the item has been delivered.
- If an item you paid for is not delivered, or does not work because of an error on our side, write to us (see "Support and refunds"): we will deliver it or refund the Stars.
Ads
Ads are optional and shown only when you ask for one in exchange for a reward. They are served by third parties. We are not responsible for their content, but you can report an ad that seems inappropriate by writing to us.
Fair play
Do not use cheats, bots, exploits or modified versions of the game to obtain items or rewards you have not earned, and do not try to disrupt the game, its servers or other players. We may remove items or rewards obtained that way.
Intellectual property
The game, its texts, art, music and code belong to Racoon Technologies SL. You may play it for your own personal use. You may share screenshots and videos of it, but you may not copy, distribute or resell the game or its content.
Liability
We work to keep the game available and free of errors, but we cannot guarantee that it always will be. To the extent the law allows, Racoon Technologies SL is not liable for indirect damage or for the loss of progress. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that consumer law gives you.
Support and refunds
For help with the game or with a purchase, use the /paysupport command in the game's Telegram bot or write to [email protected]. Tell us what happened and, for purchases, the date and the item.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change in a significant way, their version number goes up and we will let you know in the game. Purchases already made keep the terms that applied when you made them.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the law of the country where you live and you can go to the courts the law gives you.
