Privacy Policy

Alignment Drift · Version 1 · October 7, 2026

This policy explains what the game Alignment Drift (played as a Telegram Mini App, or in a browser at alignment-drift.racoondev.com) keeps on your device, what it copies to your Telegram account, what it sends only if you agree, what the ads you choose to watch need, and what it never collects.

Who is responsible

Racoon Technologies SL, Spain, is the data controller. For any question or request about your data, write to [email protected].

What stays on your device

Your saved game, a backup copy of it, your settings (including your answer about usage data and your language) and a short log of the game's last events, used only to diagnose problems on your device, are stored in the storage of the app or browser you play in. The game has no accounts of its own and we never receive your saved game.

What Telegram gives the game

When you open the game in Telegram, Telegram passes it some details of your Telegram account: your user ID, your name and username, your language, whether you have Telegram Premium and, if you have one, your profile photo. The game uses only your language, to choose between English and Spanish, and the version and platform of your Telegram app. It does not store or send the rest. Telegram handles your account under its own privacy policy.

Cloud save

So that you can get your game back on another phone, the game keeps a copy of your saved game in Telegram's cloud storage for this game, inside your own Telegram account. It is uploaded every few minutes while you play and when you leave. The copy contains your saved game and a short summary (your model level, how many times you have fused the core and when the copy was made). We cannot see it or access it from outside the game. Deleting your game in Settings › Delete save also deletes this copy.

What we collect only if you allow it

The first time you play, the game asks whether you want to share anonymous usage data. Nothing is sent until you agree. If you do, the game sends us:

We use this to balance the game and fix bugs. The legal basis is your consent. The data is stored by PostHog in the European Union (Frankfurt) and travels through our own domain. PostHog receives your IP address with each request, as any server does; it is used only to estimate your country and is not stored.

What we never collect

Your Telegram user ID, name, username, phone number, contacts, messages or precise location; your payment details; or anything to track you across other apps and websites.

Who else processes the data

PostHog, Inc. processes the usage data on our behalf as a data processor, in its European Union region. See PostHog's privacy policy.

Telegram keeps the cloud copy of your saved game in your account, under its own privacy policy: see "Cloud save" above.

AdsGram serves the rewarded ads you choose to watch, as an independent controller of the data it collects for that: see "Ads and purchases" below.

How long it is kept

Your rights

Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. In Spain, only people aged 14 or over can give their own consent to usage data.

Ads and purchases

Ads. The game shows rewarded ads from AdsGram only if you decide to watch one (for example, to finish a training sooner or to double your output for a while); it never shows an ad you did not ask for. To serve and count the ad, AdsGram receives the information it needs from Telegram and your device, as its own privacy policy explains.

Purchases. If the game offers items for Telegram Stars, the payment is handled by Telegram (and, when you buy Stars, by Apple, Google or Telegram's payment providers). We never see your card or payment details. To deliver what you bought, we receive the order from Telegram: the item, its price in Stars, the payment reference and your Telegram user ID. We use them only to deliver and, if needed, refund the purchase.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a significant way, its version number goes up and the game asks for your consent again.
